We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer as the legal requirements for doing so are not met.

We process personal data of our website visitors only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Personal data is only processed with the user's consent or where another legal basis under Art. 6 GDPR applies.

Our website is hosted on servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. When our website is accessed, connection data (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system) is automatically collected and stored in server log files.

Our website allows you to book a demo appointment via an embedded Calendly form. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.

When you use the Calendly widget, the data you enter (name, email address, and any additional information) as well as technical data (IP address, browser, time zone) are transmitted to Calendly and processed in the USA. Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The widget is only loaded after your consent via Cookiebot.

When you sign up for our newsletter, your email address and, where applicable, your name are transmitted to and stored by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). The provider is Brevo SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France.

We embed videos from YouTube on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use YouTube in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube does not set tracking cookies until you play the video.

When a video is played, a connection is established to YouTube's servers; YouTube thereby learns which pages you have visited. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
